Ruth has appeared before all levels of the Isle of Man High Court and has a diverse range of experience in civil, commercial and public law litigation including:-

commercial disputes; applications for injunctive relief; personal injury, professional negligence and medical negligence; human rights; and doleance claims.

Ruth also has experience of advising in bankruptcy and liquidation matters, in particular in respect of recognition of foreign office holders and enforcement of foreign judgments.

Ruth has a Master of Laws degree from BPP University in the Law relating to Fraud and Financial Crime and has an extensive background in offshore life assurance.
