Catherine is also familiar with tax compliance laws (including those relating to Economic Substance, FATCA and the Common Reporting Standard) and those relating to transparency (the Trust Registration Service, Beneficial Ownership and the Register of Overseas Entities).

Career

Prior to joining DQ, Catherine worked at a large trust and corporate service provider where she provided advice and drafted documents relating to the establishment, implementation and administration of trust and company structures for high net worth individuals, both locally and internationally.

She has worked in a family office environment, assisting those with fiduciary duties regarding the implications of various transactions.
