Jennifer Tempesta is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on patent litigation in both district courts and the International Trade Commission. Multinational clients rely on Jennifer's significant experience with all phases of litigation in various jurisdictions, including discovery, Markman hearings, summary judgment, and trial. Jennifer is also well-versed in appellate practice and has argued at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Jennifer also handles proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
