Baker McKenzie

Adolfo has been a member of the Management Committee of Baker McKenzie’s Buenos Aires office since 2013 and the managing partner of that office since 2021. He has extensive experience working on corporate and commercial transactions for companies in the oil & gas, mining and natural resources industries. Adolfo has authored several reviews for various publications — including Sweet & Maxwell — usually involving Argentinean investments and mining.

Alberto González Torres

Alberto Gonzalez Torres practices in the area of employment law. He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the San Isidro Bar Association. Alberto frequently contributes to The Global Employer — a Firm-sponsored publication — and has served as speaker for several Baker McKenzie conferences. He also co-authored Argentina's Proposed Labor Law Agreements for the National Law Center.

Alejandra Bugna

Alejandra focuses on Corporate Law, Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions. As a member of the Baker McKenzie Latin America Real Estate Steering Committee, she has worked to leverage cross border experience and practice. Alejandra has been now appointed as Chair of the Steering Committee and has a sit at the Global Real Estate Steering Committee.

Bernard Malone

Bernard Malone is a member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents, INTA, AIPPI, ASIPI, AIPLA, and is a former member of The Trademark Reporter editorial board. He authored "Corporate Names, Trade Names & Service Marks in Argentina" for Trade Mark World and "Argentina: New Patent Legislation" for Patent World. Mr. Malone is also an assistant professor of industrial property law at the Argentine Catholic University School of Law.
