Fang-Yi Jen is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Taipei office. Her practice covers a range of areas, including antitrust/competition law (under Taiwan's Fair Trade Act), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate compliance.

Through her extensive experience, Fang-Yi has advised both domestic and international clients on merger filings with the Fair Trade Commission (FTC), FTC negotiations and investigations, cartel matters, abuse of market dominance, distribution agreements, vertical pricing, and providing corporate antitrust compliance training.

Additionally, she is experienced in assisting clients with domestic and cross-border commercial M&A transactions, as well as general corporate regulatory compliance.
