Poliana represents both national and international companies predominantly involved with labor-law related matters. Se renders several litigation and consulting services to clients from different economic segments including but not limited to labor consulting, litigation management focused on business intelligence, in addition to a strong interaction with strategic litigation of high-complexity cases. She is focused on finding solutions, interacting with corporate and labor consulting, multidisciplinary projects management, risk assessment focused on solution, crisis management, digital law and consulting in the implementation of compliance programs and the conduction of investigations with labor area interacting with Compliance and Data Protection and Privacy areas.
