Marcel has specialization in labor and employment law representing Brazilian and foreign clients in judicial proceedings, union trade negotiation, crisis management and executive compensation. With a proactive approach, Marcel has also experience in preventive occupational safety and health auditing, labor and social security relations and has developed a methodology for risk analysis – Vulnerability Map. Marcel is the author of several labor law articles and responsible for lectures in law and employee management courses.
