Nazir Dewji is experienced in non-contentious construction law including procurement strategy and implementation, together with project management advice. He has experience of the drafting and negotiation of procurement contracts for construction, engineering and facilities management projects in the UK and the Middle East.

Nazir leads multi-disciplinary teams on large real estate acquisition and development projects advising on projects (in the last 5 years) totalling over 4m sq. ft. of commercial, residential and leisure space, including the Olympic Village, Chelsea Barracks and the Shell Centre.

Nazir has been with the firm for 25 years and currently serves on BCLP’s Global Board.
