Career

With more than thirty years of experience in real estate, Rossana assists clients in connection with real estate investments in residential, office, mixed-use and industrial properties, logistics, shopping malls and retail, data centers, hospitality and tourism, infrastructure, agribusiness, and the health sector, among others. She advises on real estate deals involving urban and rural property, including purchase and sale, lease, sale and lease-back, buy-to-lease, and built-to-suit transactions, zoning, subdivisions and developments, land exchanges, real estate structured finance, securitizations of real estate receivables (CRIs), real estate funds, real estate M&A, joint ventures, divestments, agricultural agreements, agribusiness securities, interactions with minorities, and regularization of rural properties.

Rossana has pioneered a practice group focused on real estate and capital markets, with strong expertise in real estate financing transactions. Between 2003 and 2012, she taught a course on real estate investments at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV/PEC/SP).
