Alejandro Miller, lawyer, mainly works in the Banking & Corporate Department, specialising in corporate, bankruptcy, insolvency proceedings and maritime law.

Professor of Corporate and Commercial Law (Law School - State University of Uruguay), Company Law (Law School of the University of Montevideo), and Uruguayan LLM in Business Law (Law School of the State University of Uruguay) and in the Master in Finances of the University of Montevideo.

Former Director of the Commercial Law Institute and Under - Director of the Commercial Law Journal.

Degree in Maritime Law and Law of the Seas (Valparaiso, Chile, 2015).
