Rodolfo focuses his practice on transactions involving projects in Latin America, with special a focus on all facets of oil and gas (upstream, midstream, and downstream), power, and renewable energy projects. He advises clients on international and cross-border transactions, regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, joint ventures, energy infrastructure project development, government procurement, public policy, anticorruption, compliance, HSE, NAFTA, USMCA, international trade, and dispute resolution in the energy sector.
