Nathan Parker is a Fund Finance partner in the firm’s London office.

With over a decade of experience, Parker has advised on a broad range of financing transactions. His practice focuses on acting for financial institutions and private market managers across a full range of fund finance products, including subscription facilities, NAV and hybrid products and GP and co-invest facilities. Mr. Parker also has extensive experience advising private sponsors in leveraged buyout and high yield offerings, and direct lenders in the special situations space.
