Dr. Alexander Längsfeld is a finance partner in the Munich office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He advises German and international clients in national and cross-border acquisition finance transactions and other general finance and restructuring matters. Alexander has a varied experience in banking, securitization and structured finance, as well as in capital markets law.
