Marcello Bragliani is a partner in Milan and Regional Chair of the Finance Department in Europe. He advises Italian and international clients on a range of complex banking and corporate finance transactions.

Drawing on his broad-based financing experience and sophisticated product knowledge, Mr. Bragliani represents a variety of private equity sponsors, banks, private debt lenders, and public and private companies.
