Antongiulio Scialpi is a partner in the Milan office. He represents Italian and international clients in leveraged finance and debt capital markets matters, with a particular focus on acquisition financings and public to private transactions. Mr. Scialpi delivers practical and commercially driven counsel to a range of lenders and borrowers, including commercial banks, investment banks, private debt funds, private equity firms, and corporate clients. He advises clients throughout all stages of a financing, from the initial structuring stages to the negotiation of financing agreements to closing. An internationally renowned finance practitioner, Mr. Scialpi regularly helps clients structure and execute their most complex financings.
