Gustavo has been a Partner at Lloreda Camacho & Co., since 1987. He has served on several company boards of directors, mainly within the telecommunications sector in Colombia and also, he has been invited by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) as an expert to present case studies of successful regulation in several Latin American countries.

Gustavo has a Law Degree from Universidad de los Andes and a Specialization Degree in Procedural Law from Universidad del Rosario, both in Bogotá, Colombia.
