Jörg Siegels

Jörg Siegels advises clients on corporate tax matters. His practice covers tax-related issues, including international and domestic tax planning. Torsten Schwarze

Torsten Schwarze counsels clients on complex financing transactions, including acquisition and real estate finance transactions, restructurings, and derivatives transactions, as well as regulatory matters and compliance issues.
