Career

Andres Moreno G. is partner at Moreno Baldivieso, where he leads the international arbitration, M&A and insurance practices. In the field of arbitration, he possesses extensive experience in affairs under ICSID, CCI, CIAC and CAINCO rules, which includes representing the interests of private investors in the single most important investment arbitration in Bolivian history (USD $1.5 billion). Currently, he serves as member of the International Court of Arbitation (ICC) seated in Paris.

In the scope of M&A and international transactions, he has acted as counsel in several of the most representative transactions executed in Bolivia, which include mining, insurance, banking, finance, telecommunications, construction and public contracts operations.
