Career

Daniel Arredondo is a partner at Moreno Baldivieso and has more than 15 years of professional practice. He is a specialist in corporate law, M&A, mining law, arbitration and international transactions. He has extensive experience negotiating and structuring mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate transformations, shareholder agreements, due diligence of companies and mining projects, and complex dissolution and liquidation processes. He designs corporate and contractual structures reconciling multi-party perspectives and needs.

He participates in the development and implementation of mining and energy projects, structuring of foreign investment, as well as advises local and international clients in the mining industry in all stages of their activity and development of their operations, with emphasis in contracting and association processes with the State.

He advises clients in national and international commercial arbitration, in addition to having experience in investment arbitration, having acted under the rules of UNCITRAL, ICSID, CCI and the main Arbitration Centers of Bolivia.
