As “go-to” outside counsel for health care and ERISA litigation, Amanda has successfully defended insurers, plan administrators, employers, and managed care organizations against class and individual claims. She consistently delivers excellent results for clients embroiled in high-stakes reimbursement and network agreement disputes—obtaining dozens of dismissals by dispositive motions and aggressively steering cases to favorable settlements. She also counsels clients in matters involving improper billing, federal and state fraud and abuse laws, the Mental Health Parity Act, and Medicaid and Medicare Advantage programs.
