Emily is a Principal Associate who specialises in both employment law and business immigration. Emily advises on all aspects of the employment relationship including complex grievances and strategic HR advice. Her immigration work includes obtaining permission for applicants to live and work in the UK, sponsor applications and work in the advising on obligations as a registered sponsor in the UK. She is the National training lead for Immigration. Her clients include well known multi-national businesses, FTSE 100 companies and Global organisations.
