Jocelyn is an associate in our litigation and dispute management group and the competition & regulatory team in hong kong. She has experience in counselling clients on regulatory compliance, representing clients in investigations by regulators in hong kong, and advising public authorities on regulatory and competition issues. Her recent experience includes: advising the hong kong regulator of broadcasting and telecoms on issues affecting the industries, including the application of rules against anti-competitive conduct; advising a global client in the roll out of a competition compliance programme for its hong kong based operations; advising various hong kong conglomerates on competition law compliance of their joint ventures and collaboration, and conducting competition law compliance training for members of their respective senior management; acting for a prc company listed on the stock exchange of hong kong in respect of the investigations conducted by the hong kong stock exchange into its instances of non-compliance with the hong kong listing rules; advising and representing a global client in defending a regulatory investigation conducted by the hong kong monetary authority; advising the liquidators of mf global holdings hk ltd on contractual issues, trusts claims and other issues arising from the liquidation process; advising regulated financial entities in respect of issues arising under the banking ordinance in hong kong. Jocelyn is a regular contributor author of company law guidance notes for lexis nexis hong kong.
