Caroline  Clapham

Caroline is a Partner in our Corporate and Energy practice groups and is based in our London office.

She advises on a range of international acquisitions and disposals and joint venture arrangements including disputes among corporate bodies and shareholders. Caroline also advises on equity and debt financings, large-scale global corporate reorganizations and general corporate advisory work.

Throughout her career, Caroline has worked across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on natural resources, energy and infrastructure. She primarily brings her experience to companies in the power sector, acting on acquisitions and disposals of wind, solar and battery projects.

Clients from traditional energy companies who are actively going through the energy transition have remarked on Caroline's ability to bridge the gap between the oil and gas sector and renewable energy, highlighting her ability to add value as a result of her thorough understanding of both sectors.

She previously practiced in Canada, advising publicly traded energy, mining and infrastructure companies on M&A transactions, financings and corporate governance matters.
