Max is a senior associate in our Finance Group. He has experience in a broad range of corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, both non-contentious and contentious. He advises banks, accountants and corporate clients on various insolvency and restructuring issues, including security enforcement, distressed disposals and directors’ duties.

Max has also developed particular experience in loan portfolio transactions and forward funding lines, advising life insurers, alternative lenders, clearing banks and institutional funds on loan portfolio transactions, debt funding and mortgage origination and sale agreements.
