He acts for all major lenders operating in the UK market, advising on the restructuring of debt facilities and their enforcement options. He also advises corporate clients on debt and equity restructuring options and directors on their personal duties and risks where their companies are in financial difficulty. David also advises insolvency practitioners in their capacity as insolvency office holders. David has particular expertise in the retail, real estate, automotive and manufacturing sectors.
