Position

Miguel Lorena Brito joined FCB in 2002 and became a Partner in 2007. He co-coordinates the Public, Administrative and Environmental Law and the Real Estate, Property and Constructions.

He develops a significant part of his work to public procurement and public contracts, urban planning, environmental matters, expropriations, and administrative litigation. He has wide experience in the real estate sector, construction and public works, participating regularly in arbitration matters related to the execution of public and private works contracts.

Miguel is a regular speaker in seminars and conferences in Portugal and author of several articles for national and foreign publications.
