Matt is a Senior Associate in Eversheds Sutherland's litigation and dispute management team. An experienced litigator, the primary focus of his practice is on technically complex disputes in the technology and telecoms sectors, particularly in relation to information and computer technology, data and privacy.
Recent experience includes advising on and managing the resolution of disputes in relation to ICT outsourcing and managed services; data centre outages; software and hardware development and implementation; technology and software licensing; privacy and data protection; misuse of confidential information; product safety and liability; and data- and system-security breaches.
