Paul McLean is a Principal Associate in the Leeds Planning and Infrastructure Team. Paul is a well-established and highly experienced player in the regional and national planning market, recognised for his expertise in commercial / logistics, residential, and educational development. Paul acts on high value, complex and strategic planning matters for significant clients of the firm and is the first port of call for his clients when planning matters arise. Paul also advises a number of major funding institutions, including national and international banks as well as private equity funders in relation to planning risks associated with the funding of high value real estate developments. Paul regularly presents at industry events within the region, the North West and the North East including to the Royal Town Planning Institute and the RTPI Young Planners.
