Alison is a partner in Eversheds Litigation and Dispute Management Group. She specialises in handling all types of property disputes acting for a diverse range of national and international clients spanning both the public and private sector.

She also leads the dispute resolution team in the education group, advising education institutions across the academies, further and higher education sectors on a wide range of contentious and risk management issues particularly in relation to contractual and property disputes and judicial review proceedings.

Alison has a particular expertise in advising on high profile and reputationally sensitive judicial review proceedings. She was the lead adviser to the Olympic Park Legacy Company in handling the judicial review proceedings brought by Tottenham Hotspur to challenge the decision to select West Ham as preferred bidder of the Olympic Stadium in Legacy.

She has a particular specialism in advising clients on crisis managing disruption caused by campaigners and protestors. She has advised companies across the energy, retail and diversified industrial sectors on their response to corporate campaigns, obtaining injunctions for a number of household names.

Alison is regarded as a leading individual in both Chambers Legal Directory and Legal 500. Chambers Directory 2015 says "[Alison] gives excellent advice, keeps an eye on the bigger picture and makes sure that what she's doing makes good financial sense".
