Andrew is the Head of IP & Media. He specialises in intellectual property issues, brand protection, reputation management, media related work, advertising, marketing and sponsorship arrangements, all on a contentious and non-contentious basis. Andrew supports clients though all stages of the creation, development and use of new brands and products, including IP portfolio management, clearing advertising and negotiating high profile sponsorship arrangements. He deals with social media issues, ASA challenges, media buying and advertising agency agreements. A notable aspect of Andrew’s experience is that he also has many years of experience advising on defamation, privacy and reputation management issues for companies and individuals.
