Deborah Polden is a Partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team and heads up the Leeds Commercial Dispute resolution team. She has a broad commercial litigation practice with experience in a wide range of high-value disputes across a number of sectors, acting for major national and international clients, with particular experience in shareholder disputes, competition-related litigation and the growing trend of group litigation/class actions. She focuses on the industrials and consumer sectors, and co-leads the consumer sector disputes offering.
