Esyllt is an associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s Employment, Labor and Pensions Group and has gained a wealth of experience in tackling immigration and employment issues within a wide range of sectors, including the education and financial sectors. She advises on all aspects of immigration law, including applications for leave to remain in the UK under the PBS; the prevention of illegal working; home office inspections and undertaking audits of all areas of compliance for both Skilled Worker and Student sponsors. Esyllt regularly writes articles on immigration matters and has been published by Free Movement and Financial Mutuals etc. and has also been quoted by the Guardian regarding the impact of Brexit on EEA citizens. She is a regular speaker on both Eversheds Sutherland hosted training sessions and external events such as the UKCISA conference and British Council events.
