Christopher is a corporate finance partner in our Banking and Finance Group. Christopher has extensive experience on complex cross-border corporate acquisition financings, involving public takeovers and private acquisitions. He also regularly advises on general corporate financing matters (particularly investment grade and cross-over credit), including bilateral and syndicated term and revolving credit / working capital facilities, letter of credit facilities, prepayment facilities, supplier finance arrangements and other treasury products. Additionally, Christopher has advised on a significant number of sustainability linked (ESG) credit facilities. Christopher acts for both lenders and borrowers across a wide range of sectors.
