Aimee is a senior associate in our litigation and dispute management practice group. Aimee advises clients on a range of high value domestic and cross-border commercial disputes, and provides commercial risk management advice to help clients avoid legal proceedings. Recent experience includes: - advising on various multi-million pound IT services contractual disputes; - advising on high-value product liability claims for corporates, both domestically and internationally, and managing recalls; - acting on a complex international multi-billion dollar fraud dispute involving entities in Asia and the Middle East; - acting for an automotive client on a multi-million pound arbitration, involving cross-jurisdictional issues in the Middle East and; - acting for one of the UK’s largest water and sewerage undertakers on a long-running multi-million pound dispute in the High Court.
