Joseph is a partner in our construction group advising on construction and engineering contracts, in particular, project advisory services and disputes. He has experience of a wide range of construction issues with a particular focus on the energy, water, rail and infrastructure sectors. He is a qualified mediator and is proficient in adjudication, litigation, expert determination, arbitration (domestic and international) and ADR (including mediation). His focus is on assisting clients to deliver projects successfully, managing issues to avoid disputes where possible and, if a dispute cannot be avoided, achieving the best commercial outcomes for our clients.
