Neville is a Partner in Eversheds' Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Group. He resolves disputes for financial institutions and advises on related regulatory issues. His team is ranked tier 1 in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

Neville specialises in corporate lending transaction disputes; investment mis-selling (including pension investments and tax sheltering schemes); professional negligence claims; high value/complex disputed recoveries work and consumer credit issues. Neville also regularly advises clients in respect of complaints handling and strategies for dealing with FOS and the FCA.

His recent experience includes managing the provision of strategic advice to two major financial institutions in respect of two significant consumer credit issues with potential liabilities of £40m and over £50m respectively; overseeing a portfolio of complex commercial and wholesale lending disputes with a total claim value of over £100m; setting up a multi-jurisdictional team (11 jurisdictions) to handle FX trading disputes for a global bank; and project managing the provision of regulatory advice to a US client in Europe, Mexico and the Middle East. Neville also recently led a team handling a regulatory investigation into a lender client and successfully negotiated a favourable outcome with the regulator.
