Michelle is a Senior Associate in the Eversheds’ Banking Team. She has a particular focus on, and expertise in, corporate lending.

Michelle also has a comprehensive practice, advising both borrowers and lenders across multiple sectors in a variety of financing transactions including;

syndicated and bilateral lending;  corporate lending;  real estate finance;  project finance;  acquisition finance;  bond issues and   private placements.

The majority of the transactions that Michelle is involved in are multi-jurisdictional and cross-disciplinary.
