Rebecca is an associate in our human resources practice group in leeds specialising in employment law. Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in october 2014 and joined eversheds in december 2015. She advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Rebecca provides day to day hr advice to clients, and drafts employment contracts, service agreements and policies and procedures. Rebecca’s non-contentious experience also includes assisting on corporate support due diligence exercises. Rebecca also has experience in tribunal litigation, including defending claims involving discrimination issues, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and breach of contract., Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP
