Victoria is a Management Consultant in our Eversheds Consulting practice group. She is a PRINCE2 qualified project manager with over ten years’ experience across a variety of sectors.

She is experienced in managing multi-stream, complex projects in time and resource-limited environments.

Her recent experience includes: the implementation of an FCA-readiness programme for an international consumer finance company; a strategic review of the legal department for a major news and media organisation; a review of the compliance function of a leading pharmaceutical services company; and an FCA-readiness review for a financial data and information solutions company.
