Susan is a Principal Associate in our Real Estate group with wide ranging property experience. She is a member of the commercial development team, acting for both the public and private sector and assists our restructuring and banking teams.

Susan has acted for a number of local authorities and private sector developers in relation to complex development agreements including CPO and overage provisions.  She has also acted for a number of government or quasi government departments.

Susan also benefits from significant residential property experience, giving her a detailed insight into the residential elements of mixed use schemes.
