Paul is a partner in our Planning and Infrastructure Consenting Team and heads the team in the Midlands. He has particular expertise in promoting infrastructure and residential projects, acting across all UK planning jurisdictions and has appeared as an advocate at public inquiries, hearings and development consent order examinations. Paul advises on application and appeal strategy, development consent orders, environmental impact assessment, judicial review, s106 Agreements, compulsory purchase, and enforcement. He acts for national housebuilders, residential promoters and landowners, and for project promoters across a range of infrastructure sectors including conventional and renewable energy, water, rail, airports, and logistics.
