Clare is a partner in our Real Estate group mainly acting for investors and corporate end users.

She advises on all aspects of commercial real estate with particular expertise in hotel and leisure sector, including hotel management agreements and shared ownership projects, and the real estate aspects of restructuring and insolvency matters and corporate M&A transactions both in a domestic and cross border context.

Clare’s recent experience includes:

- the acquisition of a multi-let office building in Manchester;

- the acquisition of an office building in London with a view to its ultimate redevelopment;

- the domestic real estate aspects of a cross boarder M&A transaction involving 3 properties in England; and

- the financing of a hotel development in Agaba, Jordan
