Evelyn is an senior associate in our project and infrastructure finance group. She specialises in PFI/PPP projects and public sector procurement, and acts for both private and public sector clients. Evelyn has experience across a number of sectors including health, custodial services, education and waste.

Her recent experience includes: Advising the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham on its £275m BSF programme. Advising the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital on its PFI phase one redevelopment, which includes the provision of a new ward, imaging theatre and office facilities, and advising the North London Waste Authority on its waste services procurement.

Recently, Evelyn undertook a four month secondment at Rolls-Royce Plc where she advised the business on all aspects of defence aerospace.

Evelyn frequently advises public bodies on the content of their OJEU contract notices, pre-qualification questionnaires, descriptive documents and all other supporting procurement and contractual documentation. Evelyn has advised on a number of competitive dialogue procedures in a wide range of sectors, including the education, custodial and waste sectors.
