James is an senior associate in our Finance team in Manchester acting in relation to (i) contentious and non-contentious corporate recovery and insolvency, (ii) new lending and refinancing and (iii) personal insolvency matters. James has specialisms in insolvency matters in the following fields: all aspects of receivership, bankruptcy and corporate insolvency partnerships, agriculture, construction, real estate, charities and education.
He acts for corporate clients, clearing banks, private equity providers and insolvency practitioners.James has written a number of articles which have been published in Corporate Rescue and Insolvency (Lexis).James is ranked in Chambers 2019.
