Elizabeth Blackwell is a Senior Associate in our corporate group. She advises on all aspects of M&A with particular experience of advising large international corporate groups in the technology and financial services sectors, having acted for a number of listed and private international groups in each sector. Elizabeth is a significant contributor to the Eversheds Sutherland Technology sector M&A practice, co-ordinating expertise across multiple teams and jurisdictions. Elizabeth’s recent experience includes acting on M&A transactions in the insurance sector and the fintech sector (acting on behalf of a US based international group as acquirer in respect of an international target group), as well as the complex reorganisations of both a global technology group and international financial services group.
