Karen is a professional support lawyer (PSL) and heads our team of corporate PSLs.

Having trained and practices as an M&A lawyer at Eversheds, with particular emphasis on equity capital markets and international M&A Karen became a PSL in 2006.

Karen heads our precedents group and plays an active role in knowledge management including writing and delivering training, face to face and via e-learning and  keeping our lawyers up to date.

Karen's current projects are increasingly international and include completion of cross border precedents and international training.
