Ben joined as an associate in the Corporate Group in early 2015, having been in practice in New Zealand for 3 years.
He has a broad corporate and commercial background, including experience in share and asset sales and purchases, joint ventures, debt and equity fund raising, and commercial contracts.
Ben is a part of the Clean Energy and Sustainability Group.
Ben has a First Class Honours Degree in Law from the University of Canterbury and is a registered foreign lawyer (enrolled as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand).
