Matt Hussey is a principal associate in our corporate group. He advises on all aspects of corporate law, principally mid-market M&A and private equity transactions and has broad expertise having previously worked in the city Linklaters and Latham & Watkins. Matt has acted for private equity houses, private companies, owner-managers and multinationals and has a particular sector focus on health and life sciences and software/tech-enabled businesses.
