Laura is a Senior associate in our Financial Services Dispute Resolution Team.

Laura's recent experience includes acting for financial institutions in relation to a wide range of banking disputes, including consumer credit and finance litigation, mortgage fraud, professional negligence in respect of residential lending and, guarantor disputes (secured and unsecured debt).

Laura also has experience of pensions litigation, for example dealing with member complaints and issues of construction and rectification in respect of pension documentation.
