the lease liability transfer by Wolseley UK of 177 surplus properties with a gross liability of £70m to Legacy Portfolio the real estate aspects of the sales by Wolseley UK of its Brandon Hire, Build Center, Electric Center, Encon and Bathstore businesses the proposed disposal by Severn Trent Water of 23,315 acres of land at the Lake Vyrnwy Estate in Powys. the acquisition of new leases for HSBC at One Canada Square, Canary Wharf the sale and leaseback of 102 HSBC branches for more than £50m
